Our first Australian Shepherd was 10 years old when she passed unexpectedly. Even in our grief, my family soon discovered we needed a dog in our lives. I began looking and researching the area for available puppies. 3 Crosses Australian Shepherds had a profile photo of a black tri Aussie that looked just like our Gabby, and they were located in the same city the she came from. That is why I reached out to see if they had a blue merle female available, it all seemed preordained. Kathy messaged back and forth with me and all my questions, and I had a lot of questions. Because I knew more about the breed after ten years of owning an Aussie, I had several questions about heritage, genes, and temperament. Kathy showed how much she cares about her dogs, liters and potential new owners by asking her own questions and answering all of mine. Even after we selected Stella, she sent more pictures over the next week and half as we waited for the appropriate time to pick her up. Stella has been a complete joy to our lives. She lives up to the high standard of breeding - she has the sweetest temperament, is so eager to learn and please us and her markings are beautiful. We are so pleased with our experience with 3 Crosses Australian Shepherds. Thank you for your caring guidance even afterwards by always posting important things to know and learn about Aussies.

I have a female red Merle Australian Shepherd. 3 crosses was the first Breeder I’ve worked with. I have always rescued my dogs in the past. I was nervous about using a Breeder but Kathy made the process so easy. She was kind, helpful and inviting. I was able to go visit my dog several times before I was able to take her home. Her dogs are friendly and have beautiful fur and
She is also great for boarding! My pup gets to visit her Aussie family anytime I go on a trip.
I’d recommend 3 crosses to anyone looking to get an Australian Shepard.
My wife and I had lost our lovely, 17-year old yellow lab a year prior and just started entertaining the idea of bringing a new dog into our family. In my life, I have owned a Miniature Poodle, a Golden Retriever, a Miniature Schnauzer, and three Labrador Retrievers. I was convinced I would never own another dog that wasn't a lab, but one day my good friend showed up at our house with the coolest Australian Shepherd – from 3 Crosses Ranch – and we instantly took to him. Aussie's were never on our radar until that day, but this dog forced us to change our thinking. He was playful and loved our attention, and made us realize that we were ready for another K-9 companion.
Our experience with 3 Crosses couldn't have been better! We live a 4.5 hour drive away, so it was not convenient to drop by and pick out a puppy. No matter, Kathy sent us loads of pictures that helped us key-in on the one we wanted. Any time we asked for more pictures, she was happy to send us tons more. When it came time to pick our puppy up, we paid a little extra to have Milo delivered to our house. He showed up right when they said he would and we couldn't be happier with the experience.
I have to tell you, every dog I've had has its own special place in my memory, and they are all unique in their own way, but I have never owned a dog with more personality than our Milo. He doesn't bark much, but the noises he makes sometimes makes it feel like he's talking to us. Only a month after he arrived, I taught him the basics of "roll-over" and he picked up the concept in less than 5 minutes. He's full of life, makes hilarious poses, gets into messes - no doubt - but he's constantly making us laugh. Also, he is absolutely gorgeous! His one crystal-blue eye and one half-blue, half-brown eye are mesmerizing. He never fails to receive complements and has never met a stranger. He is extraordinarily curious and we couldn't be happier with our decision.

I would like to share my experience with Kathy Morland from 3 cross Australian Shepherds. I am SO grateful to her!!
You see a very dear friend of mine has been through a very rough time over the past couple yrs.
She has lost 3 of her 4 sweet Aussie babies to hemangiosarcoma ( a blood borne cancer). She lost her 3rd baby girl very suddenly when her heart ruptured just 2 days ago.
I honestly know what that is like because my husband and i also lost 2 of our 3 fur boys to hemangiosarcoma.
Within 5 wks of each other. Devastated, is an understatement! Needless to say, something like this should not happen to anyone..
Well, my sweet friend Jennifer called me today in tears. Not only has she just lost her 3rd fur baby. But now her 4th, Blaze, is grieving over losing his fur family, as much as Jen and her husband Steve.
She said to me " our house feels SO empty".
It was at that point i remembered how sweet and kind Kathy was too me.
When she found out what my husband and I had been through, she reached out to say, that when we were ready, she would make sure we got that new beautiful puppy! We felt blessed.
Well, Kathy went above and beyond that today. You see i reached out to her to see if she could in anyway help my dear friend.
She responded right away saying " i will do whatever i can do to help". I gave my friend her number. Within 2 hrs my friend called me to say she had spoke to Kathy at length. Not only did Kathy figure out a way to make sure she was able to get a beautiful puppy of hers. She literally was SO moved by my friends story, she gave up her 1st pick of an upcoming litter. She told her she could have 1st pick. She wants to make sure she gets the perfect puppy of her choice!
Ive dealt with many breeders over the yrs ( we have had Aussies for yrs). But for a breeder to give up their 1st pick of a VERY desired litter is unheard of. What can i say but, THANK YOU SO much to Kathy for being the loving, compassionate person that she is! I would also like to say that being a christian woman myself, it is wonderful to see Christianity at its best.
Bless your heart Kathy. And again thank you SO much for all your generosity with Jennifer.
She is feeling SO blessed!
At the end of March this yr my family and I made a decision (well I did) to add another member to our family. After messaging back and forth with Kathy I knew I had found my new baby. I have been around the dogs at 3 crosses ranch before but never thought I would have one myself. I was given all the information needed to help me make my choice on if a Aussie was even going to be the right fit for myself, my family, and my other fur baby (elder dog and 2 cats). On Feb. 16 we went and picked up Huckleberry. We were given even more knowledge and information on the breed and on Huckleberry's quickly growing personality. All shot records for his age provided, wormer given and more sent home with instructions on times and how to give, some food, lots of toys and a blanket that he still has. Also he came to us with a an insurance policy provided by 3 crosses. It is optional to keep and renew and I did. Kathy has always been a call or message away for anything and has followed him as he has grown with us in our home. She really does love her babies and is very picky about who takes one home and Im so happy we were able to. Huckleberry has just the personality she said he would. He is great with people and other animals. He loves to work and play. He quickly became more than a pet and companion, he is family. 3 crosses ranch and Kathy I thank you.

I’ve been working with Kathy since 2017 and have seen firsthand just how much she loves her dogs. As a fellow breeder, I respect and love her program dearly. She has always put her dogs first and want nothing but the best homes for her puppies. I have paired her stud, Cowboy, with my Dam many times and we’ve made some beautiful puppies together. I can always lean on Kathy if I ever need anything. She is a loving breeder and friend! 💕
Let me start by saying, Kathy Moreland is a true gift. Her love and passion for animals is amazing.
I found Kathy after loosing my first aussie Charli when she was only 2yrs old.
I searched everywhere for a beautiful male stud with similar looks like my ”Charli” I knew I would never replace her but wanted similar looks and a good friend of mine was also searching for me and amazingly we BOTH found “Cowboy” he reached out and talked to Kathy first. Kathy asked to call me.
We talked several days for hours. Kathy was so informative and her time she spent talking with me was so appreciated. I knew I wanted my next aussie from her. She had a female aussie ready for me in about 2 months from one of the most beautiful studs “Cowboy” I was so excited. I mean ALL her dogs are GORGEOUS!!!
After driving 3 long hours to get Charlotte. It was the most amazing experience and the love and support Kathy has shown me during the raising of my Charlotte has been more than a blessing. God knew my love for aussies and sent me to the most amazing caring person.
All dogs are different but I love my baby girl so much!! And truly love Kathy so much she is everything I would expect from a breeder. These are her babies and she cares so much for them!!! Absolutely highly recommend 3 Crosses Australian Sheppards.

Kathy and Britt Moreland are amazing people with amazing dogs. The process to get our handsome dog poncho was quick and simple. Kathy ensured that our dog Poncho connected with us before we took him home, she gave us a discount code so that we could get dog insurance at an affordable price, gave us all the paper work to get him registered as well as giving us the rest of his puppy shots. Me and my fiancé have 2 other Australian Shepard’s and no other breeder has done this for us. We highly recommend purchasing from Kathy at 3 Crosses Australian shepherds, you will be guaranteed to get the best cattle dog around!
